Job summary

Cagamas Berhad is seeking a self-driven, execution-focused Assistant Vice President, ESG & Strategic Management to advance corporate strategy, sustainability and enterprise performance. Reporting to the Head, ESG & Strategic Management, you will own key workstreams, coordinate cross-functional delivery and turn analysis into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Sustainability, Law or related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of relevant working experience in corporate strategy, sustainability/ESG and project management.
• ESG and project-management qualifications/certs are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of corporate strategy, planning, sustainability/ESG, PM and performance management.
• Ability to structure and drive cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive with ownership mindset in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate strategy and annual Business Plan, translating priorities into initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, timelines and deliverables while managing risks.
• Coordinate corporate KPIs and performance reporting against the Business Plan and Budget.
