Helikonia Advisory Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support client work on ESG disclosure, sustainability strategy and stakeholder engagement. You will draft and review sustainability reports, conduct research, benchmarking, and provide insights on ESG scores for client guidance.

The role involves project coordination, liaising with external vendors, and contributing to client meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to sustainable development; economics, legal, business, or natural/social sciences.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, IFRS, TCFD) and ESG assessments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Draft and deliver corporate sustainability reports aligned with reporting standards and frameworks.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and sustainability assessments for disclosure projects.
• Quality review of client reports against standards; prepare indices and annexes.
• Assess ESG scores and provide disclosure recommendations to address gaps.
• Develop client sustainability strategies and roadmaps; support presentations and trainings.
