Job summary

Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering is seeking an IT professional to support ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Coupa, across MMHE & Group. You will manage requirements, design specs, and end-to-end ICT projects in a fixed-term contract.

Lead project lifecycles, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to HSE and governance. A degree in IT and 5+ years in IT is required, with oil and gas experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems or equivalent.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC.
• Basic programming knowledge and basic TSQL.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform business requirement studies aligning with corporate strategy to identify feasible IT applications.
• Lead and execute ICT initiatives from pre-planning to project closure, including PMO setup.
• Assist in evaluating tender proposals to ensure alignment with policies.
• Develop system requirements and design specs for user sign-off.
• Provide IT support within SLA to minimise business disruption.
• Analyze IT change requests and propose alternatives for smooth operations.
• Oversee system maintenance and upgrades to maximise uptime.
• Review IT policies to ensure effective implementation of Group IT initiatives.
