Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks an experienced IT/ERP professional to lead the technological and functional monitoring of applications and services. You will collect, structure and formalize business needs, advise on solution choices, and present requirements in arbitration committees.

You will also act as the privileged contact for editors and drive alignment with enterprise architecture, leveraging SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA expertise and 8 years of experience. Bachelor Degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 8 years of experience in IT/ERP or related role.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to collect and formalize business needs for applications.

Responsibilities

• Technological watch of developments and new software versions.
• Collect, structure and formalize business needs for applications and services.
• Be the proposal force in solution choices and present needs in arbitration committees.
• Be the privileged contact for editors.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries and acceptance in the domain.
• Coordinate cut-over and go-live activities in production.
• Support knowledge transfer for the Third Party Maintainer.
