Job summary

Jungheinrich Business Excellence Center Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our ERP implementation initiative, planning, executing, and delivering the project on time, in scope, and within budget.

You will manage stakeholders, oversee data migration and integration, and ensure IT compliance, with 5–7 years ERP delivery experience and strong cross‑functional leadership. PMP/PRINCE2/SAP PM certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field.
• 5–7 years proven experience managing large/mid-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as primary contact between business units, IT teams and vendors.
• Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations across stakeholders.
• Drive change management and ensure user adoption via training and support.
• Collaborate with ERP consultants and technical teams to meet requirements.
• Oversee data migration, integration and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security and regulatory requirements.
