Job summary

Michael Page represents a multinational client in the manufacturing sector seeking an ERP/Data Specialist to support data integrity and system improvements across engineering, operations, and supply chain. You will maintain ERP master data, run reports, and assist in system upgrades, with exposure to Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle.

Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Exposure to ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to support business and manufacturing requirements.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including new product setup, engineering change implementation, and system updates.
• Generate reports and analyse operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
• Maintain and update ERP master data, including item records, BOM structures, routings, and manufacturing-related parameters.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the ERP system to support efficient production planning and execution.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, user testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise ERP processes.
