Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Specialist for a leading global engineering solutions provider. You will own D365 manufacturing processes, govern data, manage BOMs and routings, and collaborate with global ERP teams.

You will work with production planning, logistics, finance, and sales to resolve ERP issues, lead UAT, and drive data governance and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other ERP systems in manufacturing.
• Strong data governance, BOMs, routings, and production data management.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and data accuracy.

Job Description

• Serve as the functional owner for D365 manufacturing processes, ensuring system effectiveness, governance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Manage and maintain product configuration models, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and related manufacturing data.
• Establish and uphold standards for product configurations, data accuracy, version control, and process consistency.
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of manufacturing-related data across the ERP system.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, global ERP teams, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support production, planning, logistics, finance, engineering, and sales teams in resolving ERP-related functional issues.
• Provide recommendations and system insights to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, validation, documentation, and deployment readiness.
• Support system integrations to ensure the accuracy of configuration, pricing, and manufacturing data across connected platforms.
• Develop and maintain ERP documentation, SOPs, user guides, and functional process manuals.
• Drive ERP best practices, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of product configuration, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, manufacturing processes, and production planning.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, system enhancements, testing, or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and change management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and system governance.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
