Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Equipment Engineering activities, schedules and team requirements.
• Manage engineering documentation, reports, records and administrative activities.
• Track action items, projects and task completion to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate communication between Equipment Engineering and other departments.
• Monitor equipment performance to support smooth production operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide technical support to minimize production interruptions
• Achieve and maintain equipment downtime below 10% as a KPI.
• Drive equipment improvement activities to enhance reliability, efficiency and productivity.
