Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Penang is seeking a hands-on technician to join our Test Manufacturing support team. You will perform setup, repair, and maintenance on test equipment and assist in improvement projects to boost hardware performance.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires handling 12-hour rotating day/night shifts. Strong attendance, independence, and a willingness to learn are essential, with good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; backend semiconductor experience in Backend (Final Test) is a plus.
• Able to work ABC 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
• Good attendance, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
