Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a hands-on Technician to carry out setup, handler conversion, repair, and maintenance for test equipment used by Test Manufacturing in Malaysia. You will support maintenance projects and provide feedback to improve hardware performance.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and experience with ATE testers and test handlers is an advantage. The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts and a proactive, independent work approach in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test), especially with ATE testers and test handlers, is an added advantage.
• Able to work ABC 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
• Good attendance, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate innovation in technical tasks.
