Job summary

Axiom is seeking an Equipment Engineer in Batu Kawan, Penang, to support teams building and maintaining advanced power, thermal and compute equipment.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and assist with installation and removal of process equipment. The role may involve travel to other Flex sites or vendors, and the highest level may cover software and hardware maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with calibration and maintenance of equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and identify machine malfunctions and isolate failure mechanisms.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on equipment at scheduled intervals.
• Assist with installation and removal of process equipment and test setups.
• Record equipment activity, logs, and maintenance actions daily.
• Travel to other Flex sites or equipment vendors’ locations as needed.
