Mini Circuits is seeking a motivated graduate to support End-Of-Line process sustainment and improvement. You will assist with daily tracking, yield monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration on marking and inspection steps.
You will learn to diagnose issues, participate in defect-reduction projects, and help update engineering specs and instructions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

To provide process sustenance and improvement for End-Of-Line, driving production productivity through process simplification and process improvement project.
Duties/Job Responsibilities:Assist in EOL daily process tracking, yield monitoring across Saving, Laser Marking, Ink Marking and 4th Optical Inspection.
Learn to diagnose and resolve processes-related issues under senior engineer guidance.
Participate in engineering projects focus on defect reduction and consumable material optimization
Support the creation, review and updating of engineering specification, work instructions (WI), and machine operation guidelines.
Work closely with technicians, quality engineers and production operators to maintain line stability and meet daily manufacturing targets.
Monitor SPC charts to detect process drft early and execute Out-Of-Control-Action Plan (OCAP)
Support quality containment actions and material disposition for non-conforming or on hold lots in the production line.
Create and set-up the parameter recipe for new package types of product conversion across laser marking and sawing process.
Document processes, procedures, and methods as required.
Any other job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as and when required.
Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science / Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering / Applied Chemistry, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or any other related technical discipline.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Prior internship experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proactive initiative, a self-starter who can take a task and run with it, especially in a dynamic project-setup environment.
