Lianhetech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory conformity across projects and sites in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of work experience in environmental compliance management within the chemical industry.
• Able to communicate effectively with project teams, regulatory authorities, and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Submit WN/WD/EIA and other documents on schedule per project progress.
• Submission and maintenance of online compliance systems including OER, e-SWIS, My-EHS and ESWAP.
• Coordinate with environmental third-party labs, consultants and waste transporters.
• Liaise and communicate with DOE and attend DOE audits.
• Ensure timely submission of CEPSWAM documentation and compliance reports.
• Establish and maintain standard procedures for scheduled waste.
• On-site management of scheduled waste, including inventory control, warehouse and transfers with SW specialist support.
• Manage third-party scheduled waste disposal contractors and arrange waste transportation.
• Submit hazardous waste characteristics for testing (in-house and third-party).
• Maintain document control: permits, monitoring records and management documents.
