Job summary

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (IH2) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Environment Services Manager to oversee the delivery and governance of IT environments for digital banking solutions.

You will lead a technical team, drive service build contributions, coordinate with security, network and data teams, and ensure testing, performance and DR readiness across multiple environments. This role emphasizes governance, risk controls, and end-to-end delivery of environment services to support enterprise testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years IT experience with 3–5 years in environment management.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and multi-environment delivery.
• Strong infrastructure competency with governance and coordination.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver end-to-end environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team based in IH2 and drive service build contributions.
• Ensure environments are delivered securely and aligned to enterprise standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end environment setup, delivery, and connectivity.
• Monitor health checks, reporting, and post-deployment support.
• Demonstrate knowledge of data center operations and DR procedures.
