Job summary

Virtuos is seeking a dedicated 3D Artist to create high-quality game art assets under supervision, delivering on time and matching project styles. You will collaborate with the art team, interpret briefs, and ensure assets fit the game's look and goals.

The role requires Blender proficiency, experience with Substance Painter/Designer, and familiarity with Unreal Engine. Strong English communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Art or related field.
• Proficient with at least one art style and able to adapt to stylized/anime styles.
• Proficient with Blender; experience with Substance Painter/Designer; Unreal Engine experience preferred.
• Strong time‑management, ability to meet deadlines, and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create game art assets to the best quality under supervision in production.
• Deliver work on timely manner to the project specifications and art style requirements.
• Assist art team with various art-related communications.
• Able to take on art briefs and understand the goal of the tasks.
• Work closely with other members of the art team to ensure art assets meet project requirements.
• Seek feedback from team members to improve art skills and output.
• Learn and utilize various software programs and tools for game art creation.
• Participate in planning sessions with art teams to evaluate and estimate own work.
• Integrate 3D creations into Unreal Engine based on project specifications.
• Work with a dynamic team of artists, designers and engineers.
