Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• No prior logistics experience required; internship is an advantage.
• Interest in building a long-term career in logistics.
• Willing to learn multiple functions, not just desk-based work.
• Able to work in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Good documentation and task follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Undergo a structured rotational programme across operations and business areas.
• Gain exposure to customs declaration, documentation, import/export tasks, customer service and shipment coordination.
• Assist in handling daily import/export and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, hauliers, warehouses, suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist in preparation and checking of shipment documents and quotations.
• Learn customs declaration procedures.
• Monitor container movement and delivery arrangements.
• Follow up on shipment status and operational issues.
• Support business development activities where suitable.
• Learn the overall end-to-end logistics workflow within the organisation.
