You will reach out to prospects via phone and email, identify needs, and explain products. You’ll generate and qualify leads, schedule demonstrations, and keep CRM records up to date as you learn the industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
• Basic computer skills with CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, email, and other channels.
• Identify customer needs and explain relevant products or services.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound and inbound communication.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and basic sales information.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
• Build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry information.
• Handle customer questions professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
