Job summary

Chroma Gas in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Gas Refiller to join our manufacturing team. You will perform daily gas refilling activities, prepare and check cylinders, operate filling equipment, monitor pressures, and record production data in accordance with safety rules.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. The role suits individuals who can work physically, follow instructions, and contribute to a clean and safe production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience in production/manufacturing or industrial gas is an advantage.
• Willing to perform hands-on and physical work.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily gas refilling activities according to company procedures and safety requirements.
• Assist in cylinder refilling.
• Prepare and check cylinders before and after refilling.
• Operate valves, hoses and gas filling equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor pressure and filling conditions during the refilling process.
• Record daily gas filling and production information accurately.
• Perform basic inspection of cylinders, valves and filling equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of gas cylinders.
• Report any gas leakage, equipment abnormality or unsafe condition to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the filling and production areas.
