• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to influence across research, consulting, and technical teams.
• Proficiency with analytical methodologies, tools, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple consulting projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of research analysts, ensuring expertise in delivering high-quality, impactful consulting deliverables.
• Proactively leverage capacity forecasting models to anticipate future resource needs across projects.
• Use a capabilities decision matrix to enhance efficiency in research and consulting delivery.
• Partner with I&A Operations to refine processes, optimizing quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency.
• Spearhead automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability of consulting processes.
• Oversee on-time delivery of high-quality consulting projects that meet client specifications.
