Job summary

Sophic Automation Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an Enterprise UC & AV Project Specialist to lead UC deployments from requirements to handover. You will work with IT, Real Estate, and business units to ensure alignment with corporate standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in UC/AV deployments, multi-site rollout experience, and hands-on skills with MTR, SBCs, IP phones, and digital signage. Strong vendor management and UAT capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
5–7 years UC/AV/IT deployment experience in global environments.
Experience with multi-site IT/UC rollouts and vendor coordination.
Hands-on with Teams Rooms, IP phones, SBCs, and digital signage.
Ability to read BOMs and validate vendor quotes.

Responsibilities

Gather and define UC and infrastructure requirements with Business Units and Real Estate project teams.
Plan installation for UC equipment and related infrastructure across project sites.
Stay informed on global UC design standards to align with corporate framework.
Review BOMs and vendor quotes for accuracy and cost-efficiency.
Oversee on-site installation of UC infrastructure and AV setup.
Configure MTR, VoIP, Digital Signage, SBCs, and streaming servers.
Plan and execute UAT and formal handover to Operations on Go-Live.
