ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead business development for Tailored by Flexi. This role is pivotal in driving regional growth, building a strong enterprise client base, and closing high‑value contracts across our three solutions: Managed Office Solutions, Design & Build, and Employer of Record (EoR).

In this newly developed role you will tailor workplace and workforce solutions to large entities and C‑Suite professionals who are looking for experts to design, build and manage their workplace needs. You, along with the Commercial and Design & Expansion teams will use the Flexi Group’s vast experience to respond to complex RFPs and structure multi‑year solutions across our products.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will also help shape the GTM strategy, refine our sales playbook, and establish broker/landlord partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for enterprise accounts across SEA/APAC with a particular focus on Malaysia and the Philippines.
  • Build, manage, and close a pipeline of large‑scale opportunities (USD multi‑million deals).
  • Engage and network with C‑level executives (CEO, CFO, COO) to position Tailored by Flexi as a strategic partner.
  • Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations for complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
  • Partner with internal design, operations, finance, and HR teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Structure multi‑year commercial deals involving CAPEX financing and OPEX conversion models.
  • Build and manage relationships with real estate brokers, HR outsourcing consultants, and landlords.
  • Develop strategic channel partnerships to expand lead generation and regional reach.
  • Track KPIs including pipeline growth, conversion, and total contract value.
  • Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and reporting to management.
  • Provide market insights, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy recommendations.
  • Contribute to shaping Tailored by Flexi’s go to market strategy and sales processes
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience (Enterprise Sales, design & build, managed services, or commercial real estate background preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value B2B deals in SEA.
  • Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX structures and financial modeling.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate long sales cycles.
  • Regional real estate market knowledge.
  • Entrepreneurial, target‑driven, and comfortable building from zero.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Degree holders or Masters would be an advantage.
