EPF Malaysia seeks a Senior Project Manager Enterprise to provide strategic leadership for end-to-end digital programmes and projects, aligning outcomes with business goals and ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You will lead and mentor project managers, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, resources, and vendors.

Qualifications

Malaysian citizen
Malay Language SPM level
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field
Minimum 13-16 years relevant work experience
IT/Digital certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/CSM/PSM/SAFe Agilist

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end delivery ownership ensuring programmes and projects achieve scope, milestones, budget and benefits.
Translate strategy into execution with clear delivery plans, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Drive planning, scheduling, dependency management, change control, risk and issue resolution across interdependent initiatives.
Lead and develop high-performing programme and project teams with accountability and timely delivery.
Manage enterprise project managers and mentor reporting staff to optimise delivery.
