Zusammenfassung

The Adaptavist Group is seeking a Strategic Account Director for APAC, based in Malaysia, to own a portfolio of 3–5 enterprise customers with multi-year growth potential and £1m+ gross margin responsibility across DevOps and DevEx. You will lead virtual teams and build executive relationships to drive transformation and wallet share.

Expect structured discovery, value-based selling, and MEDDPICC discipline to qualify opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes across toolchain

Qualifikationen

Proven track record managing and growing complex enterprise or global accounts in a services setting.
Experience selling services-led transformation across DevOps, Developer Experience or software delivery.
Ability to discuss the software delivery lifecycle with senior stakeholders (C-suite level).
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification methodologies.

Aufgaben

Own and execute multi-year account growth plans across a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts.
Build executive-level relationships across customer organisations and establish Adaptavist as a trusted transformation partner.
Lead and coordinate virtual teams across Sales, Presales, Delivery and Customer Success.
Identify whitespace, pursue whitespace opportunities, and generate pipeline through executive engagement and partnerships.
Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and lead quarterly account reviews.
