Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a Solution Architect to drive AI and digital solutions across the organisation. You will bridge Business, Technology and AI with stakeholders, manufacturing and IT teams to identify opportunities, develop use cases, and deliver practical AI-enabled solutions that boost productivity and efficiency.
The ideal candidate translates business problems into technology, leads AI initiatives from ideation to adoption, and champions governance, standards and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/AI or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in AI, digital transformation or related fields.
- Experience translating requirements into AI solutions.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor AI and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities where emerging technologies create value.
- Lead enterprise AI and LLM applications to improve productivity and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT, manufacturing and operations to integrate AI solutions.
- Develop reusable AI frameworks and governance standards.
- Monitor performance and business impact of AI solutions.
