Job summary

Jora Malaysia is recruiting an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts in Malaysia, selling AI and digital solutions including a multi-LLM platform. This hands-on, individual contributor role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You will engage with large enterprise and SMB customers, build relationships at C-level, and work with regional and HQ teams to tailor proposals. A strong B2B software sales background and a degree are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hands-on experience in B2B software/IT sales.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B software, IT, or SaaS sales.
• Experience selling AI, data analytics, or cloud solutions is a plus.
• Experience engaging C-level or senior management stakeholders is valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for AI and digital solutions with large enterprise customers in Malaysia.
• Manage the entire sales cycle independently: prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, commercial negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery teams.
• Work with regional and overseas HQ teams to understand and localize value propositions for Malaysia/SEA market.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels from users to C-level executives.
• Educate customers on safe and compliant AI adoption including governance and data residency.
• Collaborate with presales, technical, delivery, legal, and finance to design compelling proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive offerings in AI/digital solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to Sales Manager.
