Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced AI Architect - Test Automation to lead the design and development of AI-driven test automation solutions. The ideal candidate blends software engineering excellence with hands-on AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.

Role focuses on modernizing software testing using AI to enhance coverage and efficiency. You will collaborate across engineering teams to architect, develop, deploy, and evaluate scalable AI-driven testing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, test automation, or test engineering, with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing AI/ML solutions, not just using tools.
• Strong Python and at least one other language (e.g., Java/C++/C#/JS/TS).
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, CI/CD, and architecture.
• Experience applying ML/Generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents to real-world problems.
• Experience building AI/ML pipelines (data prep, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
• Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and system integration.
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI-driven test automation solutions.
• Define architecture and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to integrate with existing automation frameworks.
• Establish scalable deployment and evaluation practices for AI models.
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices in automated testing environments.
