onsemi in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Assembly Process Engineer to join our External Manufacturing team, focusing on assembly processes, including DA, WB and mold processes. This role demands practical problem solving and collaboration with subcontracts to improve yield, throughput, and cost efficiency.

onsemi is currently seeking a hands-on Assembly Process Engineer to join our External Manufacturing team with a focus on assembly processes, preferably with experience in DA, WB or mold process. In this role, you will leverage your strong expertise in leading cost savings initiative across multiple subcons. This position will be based in Penang subcon office and report to External Manufacturing Manager in KL.
