• Assist engineers with documentation, scheduling, and technical data entry.
• Coordinate the implementation of engineering tasks and ensure timelines are met.
• Track project progress, maintain status reports, and flag delays or issues.
• Help in resource planning (materials, tools, manpower) for engineering activities.
• Act as a bridge between the engineering team, suppliers, contractors, and management.
• Prepare and deliver updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all engineering documents, drawings, and approvals are properly filed and updated.
• Help maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with procurement for engineering-related materials.
• Track stock levels of essential tools and components.
• Involve and ensuring adherence to ISO standards, managing documentation, conducting audits, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
