Qualifications

Degree in Material/Chemical Engineering.
4–7 years experience in Plastic & Rubber Painting manufacturing.
Knowledge in PPAP, control plan, FMEA.
Knowledge in process troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, conflict resolution and decision making capabilities.
Handle variant product (Plastic/Rubber).

Responsibilities

Leads a team of engineers to deliver technical projects on time and within budget.
Set project timelines, manage budgets, track milestones, and remove roadblocks.
Set team goals, conduct performance reviews, and deliver feedback.
