Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business.
• 1–3 years in project coordination or related roles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin reading/writing essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization, external engineering companies, corporate partners, and public sector stakeholders.
• Explore and evaluate potential joint-venture initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Orchestrate partnership discussions, agreement negotiations, and multi-party project execution.
• Represent the company in technical forums, commercial discussions, and official corporate engagements.
• Formulate business proposals, project presentations, MOUs, collaboration agreements, and legal/commercial documentation.
• Align cross-functional teams with external contractors to ensure project milestones are delivered on target.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to identify potential partners and emerging business opportunities.
• Systematically update and maintain the firm’s directory of external contractors, strategic partners, and key stakeholder intelligence.
• Coordinate senior executives’ appointments, business forums, delegate visits, and domestic/international travel logistics.
• Draft, record, and maintain structured meeting minutes, executive briefs, and progress tracking reports.
• Provide professional translation of technical agreements, business correspondence, and live meeting discussions for international stakeholders.
• Oversee document filing, contract governance, and general operational support while ensuring total confidentiality.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks and strategic assignments as directed by Management.
