Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implementation, execution and monitoring of all section facilities maintenance, installation and repairs.
• Learn and understand overall First World Hotel and Sky Avenue mechanical facilities.
• Monitor health performance and reliability of all facilities systems, equipment and spare parts.
• Ensuring full compliance to Engineering Safety Standards and Environmental, Safety and Health regulations.
• Work closely with internal clients to identify and correct operational issues with minimal interruption to business operation.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are understood and implemented through regular trainings and auditing procedures.
• Conduct daily inspection, monitoring and data collection on electrical facilities equipment and utilities consumption.
• Carry out repairing and maintenance in compliance to standards set by principals & divisional Safety and Sustainability requirements.
