Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in delivering innovative, compliant data center power and thermal solutions. You will provide technical leadership across system design, compliance, and complex bids, working with Solution Architects, Lead Engineers, and global product teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing critical power or thermal systems.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Compliance & Standards: act as technical authority for data center systems, ensuring global/regional compliance.
• Presales & Bidding Leadership: design robust technical solutions and review proposals to win tenders.
• Global Collaboration & Product Strategy: align roadmaps with international factories and IS Product teams.
