Job summary

Sacha Inchi Manufacturing Sdn Bhd seeks a Mechanical & Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and engineering activities at its Pasir Gudang facility. You’ll supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate repairs, and support projects to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a mechanical field, 2–3 years of experience, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related mechanical field.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering and maintenance activities in the facility.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and supervise technicians and contractors.
• Maintain equipment records and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Support engineering projects and process improvements across departments.
