B. Braun Medical Industries in Penang is seeking an Engineer for Quality Control focused on Inspection, Measurement & Test Equipment (IMTE). You will develop calibration schedules, oversee PM programs, and lead training to enhance equipment reliability and quality.
Collaboration with Process Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams is essential. Minimum 3 years in QC/Metrology roles, knowledge of metrology principles, and experience with IMTE management and calibration activities are preferred.

What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, Metrology, Calibration, Equipment Maintenance, Laboratory Operations, or Manufacturing environments.
Experience with Inspection, Measurement and Test Equipment (IMTE) management, calibration activities, and preventive maintenance is preferred.
Knowledge of metrology, calibration systems, and measurement principles.
Familiarity with Measurement System Analysis (MSA), root cause analysis, and quality tools.
Understanding of preventive maintenance and equipment reliability practices.
Experience working with quality management systems and applicable industry standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead technicians and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
