Job summary

IJM Group is seeking an Engineer, Planning to organize, plan and monitor site activities and update work programs for ongoing projects. The role requires liaising with project teams and consultants to ensure proper sequencing and adherence to project requirements.

You will track progress, prepare monthly reports, and assist in quality records and site supervision as needed. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and possesses strong planning

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly
• Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team and consultants on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirements
• Study, highlight and provide mitigation measures on delayed/ critical activities and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications
• Track progress and prepare monthly reports according to schedule
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and all works are carried out based on the approved program
• To assist and maintain quality records at the project site as per requirement / specification
• To assist in supervision and inspection of site activities and other works as required by the Superior
