Monitor equipment capacity & drive for bottleneck improvements. Carry out work & time studies for optimization of the production process & equipment. Work across functions to understand productivity issues and recommend continuous improvements to processes. Generate statistics on a periodic basis for analysis to ensure improvement targets are being met. Implement and be involved in an augmented project to improve factory efficiency. Supervise, guide, and coordinate with IE technicians on the tasks carried out. REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related discipline. PREFERRED: Knowledge in Six Sigma preferred/required. Hands-on knowledge in BRISCAD and Microsoft Excel. Good communication and presentation skills. Analytic and knowledgeable in IE field.
