Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• CS with hardware exposure/interest encouraged to apply.
• SolidWorks proficiency is an advantage.
• Programming/data analysis skills in MATLAB, Python, C++, or R are advantageous.
• Knowledge of Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, and Structural Mechanics is advantageous.
• Experience in technical report writing, field data collection, and equipment condition assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting support to Manufacturing.
• Perform data analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain automation equipment and processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting support to Manufacturing. Data Analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements. Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining automation equipment and processes. Assist in designing, testing, and implementing automation solutions, including hardware and software components. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation improvements. Support the integration of control systems, sensors, actuators, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize performance. Document project progress, technical specifications, and outcomes for future reference and compliance. Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve system capabilities. REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering.
