Fuji Xerox Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a field solutions engineer to support customers with Graphic Communications products and software solutions, both before and after installation. The role includes training on DFE and workflow solutions and integrating FujiFilm Business Innovation into client production environments.

You will establish color workflow processes and policies for end-customers and account associates, and troubleshoot DFE, color management and print quality issues to ensure

Formación

• Experience in pre- and post-sales support for graphic communications products or software solutions.
• Training experience in DFE and workflow solutions.
• Integration experience of FujiFilm Business Innovation solutions into production environments.
• Knowledge of color workflow processes and policies for end-customers.
• Troubleshooting skills for DFE, digital color printing, color calibration/management and print quality issues.
