Job summary

Media One Digital is seeking a printer technician to install, service, troubleshoot and repair printers on-site in Penang. You will diagnose printer problems, replace faulty parts when required, conduct preventive maintenance and printer testing, and provide technical support to customers.

You will handle on-site service and repair when required, ensure repaired printers are tested and in good working condition, maintain service records, and report technical issues to the team.
