Airod Techno Power Sdn Bhd is seeking an engineer responsible for planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanical equipment, and for overseeing installation, operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of machinery.
The role provides technical support for engine investigations and warranty claims, conducts configurations audits per EN9110, updates shop instructions, maintains the EETL, and drives CIP through product and process improvements.
Responsible for carrying out all jobs assigned, including reports on activities, analysis, accomplishments and problems related to engineering and technical issues.
Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment
Oversee installation, operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all machinery and equipment
Provide technical support in engine investigation and customer warranty claims, and provide findings and recommendations through Warranty Report to Quality Assurance
Perform Configuration Audit as per EN9110 requirement
Develop and revise Shop Instructions as per OEM engine manuals OHM, MM, IPC, CMM etc.
Maintain and update Engineering Electronic Technical Library (EETL)
Recommend engine and component modification as per OEM Service Bulletins CSL, CEB, SIL, COIL
Coordinate and facilitate Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) to improve products and processes
Perform operations support function including engineering drawing and analysis, data collections, and operations analysis for process improvement
Perform shop development including analysis for new capability development and shop improvement such as introduction of new equipment, Mobile Engine Test Stand (METS)
