Job summary

PCA Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure product quality from incoming materials to final delivery, liaising with customers and internal teams.

You will specify quality specifications, conduct internal audits, analyse data, and drive corrective and preventive actions to meet customer requirements in our electronics manufacturing services. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply, training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality conformed to customer requirements from material in-coming to product delivery.
• Liaise with customer on material quality issues and product quality issues.
• Specify product quality specification and communicate to all departments concerned.
• Perform initial evaluation to improve on product quality issues.
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions on quality deficiencies.
• Compile quality reports, analyze data and suggest quality improvement plans.
• Conduct periodic quality audits to ensure conformance to Quality System.
• Liaise with Process Engineer on new model production and engineering change.
• Participate in Internal Quality Audit, Nonconformity review and disposition, and other quality-related activities as needed.

Job description

When necessary, QA Engineer is to take part in the following activities : Internal Quality Audit, Nonconformity review and disposition, Other functions relating to quality of products.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
