Job summary

ES Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Engineer with a Diploma/Degree in electronics, electrical or manufacturing engineering to support FA and mass production at Ulu Tiram, Johor.

The role involves troubleshooting, reading circuit diagrams, conducting tests, training staff, and ensuring test procedures and equipment readiness for production lines.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in electronics/electrical / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience working in Electronic Manufacturing Industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 will be an advantage.
• Compulsory English Proficiency.
• 1 - 2 years experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• To perform troubleshooting and conduct sub-level, and top-level functioning tests on the product.
• To train and motivate subordinates.
• To ensure that all the test requirements are clearly spelled out in the procedures to Production.
• To ensure equipment / fixtures are available and in good condition.
• To perform new material testing and provide the report.
• To support and perform the task instructed by his / her superior.

To ensure test program and the PI are available on time for FA and mass Production

To perform troubleshooting and conduct sub-level, and top-level functioning tests on the product

To train and motivate subordinates

Job Requirement

Diploma / Degree in electronic/electrical / Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience working in Electronic Manufacturing Industries

Knowledge of ISO 9001,ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 will be an advantage

1 - 2 (Asst. Engineer) years experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment
