Executive Recruiters Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Manager to lead plant operations and maintenance at a Malaysia energy site. You will oversee day-to-day activities, drive safety, reliability and cost control, and supervise engineers and technicians.

You will coordinate startup and ramp-up of new energy plants, monitor performance, ensure SOPs and emergency plans are in place, and maintain compliance with regulators.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
• Proven leadership experience in plant operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and environmental requirements.
• Experience with energy/power plant commissioning and startup.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure safe, reliable power generation.
• Direct startup, commissioning and ramp-up of new energy plants.
• Monitor performance data and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure SOPs and emergency plans are current and followed.
• Lead maintenance planning and asset management strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
