Job summary

Kuala Lumpur-based employer seeks an experienced Energy Manager to formulate and execute energy efficiency strategies aligned with mall and office operations. You will lead targets, monitor energy use with BMS and smart meters, and drive cost-saving initiatives across retrofit projects.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field, plus an energy management certification and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Professional certification in energy management.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in energy management.
• Solid understanding of building systems and energy management systems (EMS).
• Knowledge of local regulatory standards, green building certification (e.g., GBI, LEED, GreenRE).
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities
