Job summary

Air Liquide in East Asia Pacific invites an Energy Management Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur to oversee risk, optimize performance, and provide governance for high-value energy sourcing across the region.

You will bridge data analytics, financial control, and digital tool implementation, coordinating with Front Office and local Finance while supporting the Energy Transition agenda through consolidated emissions reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in energy market or ASU/HYCO operations.
• Demonstration of determination and perseverance to challenges.
• Analytical skillsets and to design visualization tools to derive insights from complex data.

Responsibilities

• Manage energy index balances and invoice checks.
• Track hedging transactions and compute energy costs for monthly reporting.
• Govern consolidated emissions reporting and energy transition governance.
• Collaborate with Front Office, local Finance, and End-to-End Optimization Team in Kuala Lumpur.
