Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an End User Support (EUS) Engineer to provide on-site and remote assistance for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.

You will own tickets in ServiceNow, resolve them within SLA, coordinate with IT teams, and maintain documentation while upholding DXC policies. The role demands strong problem-solving, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years IT support experience; fresh graduates with aptitude considered.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned tickets from the ServiceNow system and resolve within SLA.
• Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Follow up with users on ticket progress and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with IT teams and management to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
