Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales specialist to drive power and hand tool sales by identifying and engaging end-user customers across key verticals.

You will deliver product demonstrations, build application solutions, and provide technical follow-up to convert interest into orders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least two years in industrial, construction, sales, or channel management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical) or relevant field.
• Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to work under target-based, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new end-user opportunities across construction, MRO, automotive, manufacturing, steel fabrication and workshops.
• Conduct product demonstrations and application trials to showcase productivity and value.
• Understand customer applications, pain points and requirements; recommend SBD solutions.
• Drive sales conversion from demonstrations to purchase with follow-up with customers and channel partners.
