Job summary

Randstad – Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process in Malaysia. You will prepare launch/delisting/divestment proposals, run demand reviews, and ensure smooth importation by organizing PO, invoices, and shipping documents.

You will balance distributor inventory, convert stock to samples as needed, maintain product master data, collect reports and KPIs for end-to-end supply chain performance, and help drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply or demand planning.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and shape new processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process including launch/delisting/divestment proposals for global approval.
• Submit demand review results in forecasting tool.
• Prepare PO, invoice, and shipping documents to ensure smooth importation.
• Coordinate with distributor to balance inventory and resolve issues at branches.
• Convert stock to samples as needed for commercial needs and serve orders from Brunei distributor.
• Document market authorizations, import/export quota, and licenses for controlled substances.
• Create/change/deactivate product master data in J&J and distributor systems.
• Manage change control for supply chain activities.
• Collect and provide reports and KPIs for end-to-end supply chain performance.
