Job summary

PositiveLinks Asia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end supply chain for a dynamic retail business. You will lead purchasing, operations, logistics, warehousing and distribution in a hands-on, commercially driven role.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in supply chain within retail, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and the ability to balance inventory, cost and service levels across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 8+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience in retail.
• Proven sourcing, supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Strong inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain covering purchasing, operations, logistics and distribution.
• Develop strategies to support growth, efficiency and commercial goals.
• Coordinate purchasing, warehouse, logistics and retail operations.
• Ensure inventory availability and timely replenishment for stores.
• Lead supplier negotiations on price, terms and service levels.
• Monitor supplier performance and optimize costs and service.
• Drive continuous improvement through tech adoption and automation.
• Manage supply chain costs and contribute to profitability.
