Job summary

Exeo Global Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Executive to independently manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including parts planning, procurement, logistics coordination, and inventory management.

You will support overseas warehouse operations, RMA processing, and multi-country project deployments, guiding junior team members while mitigating risks and ensuring cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS and MS Office with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts planning and procurement based on project needs.
• Coordinate local and global inbound/outbound shipments with forwarders and partners.
• Monitor inventory in WMS/ERP, conduct cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Own end-to-end RMA and warranty processes; report on aging/high-risk cases.
• Support deployment of multi-country projects and ensure deployment readiness.
• Prepare monthly reports on parts readiness, inventory, and logistics movements.
• Escalate risks and recommend corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency.
